Before contacting our customer service team, we've put together some of the common questions to assist you with any queries you might have with your order.

We ship to the Netherlands. We add new countries everyday and expect to ship all over Europe very soon.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. So please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be despatched (excluding weekends). To check on the status of an order, please use your tracking number on your despatch email. Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next working day.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. If you can't find it after you have placed an order, please check your junk mail or spam folders. If you still can't find it, please get in touch with customer service team via our contact page.

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number and link will be on your despatching / shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order’s delivery, please get in touch with our customer service team via our contact page.

All your purchases will be shipped with our signature Favourable Box. If you need a special gift wrapping for your order, you can add it for only €2 in your cart page.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return and make changes to your order once you have received it. Please get in touch with our customer service team via our contact page who will accommodate your request immediately. We normally prepare and ship orders very quickly so your request may not be processed before it has shipped.

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with our jewelry. Our customer service team would be happy to assist – Please email info@fvrbl.com before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of the next steps. We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
