We have FREE shipping for the following countries and regions

  • Netherlands: on all orders above €20 
  • Europe and United Kingdom: on all orders above €50 
  • United States and Canada: on all orders above €60 

We're continuing to take the recommended measures to ensure safety when packaging your orders.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 24 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next working day.

All purchases will be shipped with our signature Favourable boxes.

Track your order
We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be on your despatch email.

Missing or Damaged Items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand. Email: info@fvrbl.com

Can I pick up my order?
Not yet. We currently do not provide a click and collect service.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it.

How long it will take my order to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be despatched (excluding weekends). To check on the status of an order, please use your tracking number on your despatch email.

Return Policy
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with our jewelry. Our customer service team would be happy to assist – Please email info@fvrbl.com before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of the next steps. We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
